Farouk believes that technology is most powerful when it serves a purpose greater than itself — a principle that connects his global IT career to his work at Manarat Al Hayat.

With over a decade of experience in enterprise IT, he has contributed to some of the world’s leading organizations. At Rakuten, he led global network engineering and designed a multinational Network Operations Centre spanning Asia, Europe, and the United States. He later held IT Service Management leadership roles at AXA and AIG within the insurance sector. Most recently, he strengthened operational resilience at Kraken, ensuring continuity and stability in high‑stakes digital environments.

Farouk’s work consistently focuses on building reliable, scalable, and people‑centered systems — and Manarat Al Hayat is no exception. As IT Consultant for the platform, he works behind the scenes to ensure that the technology supporting the community runs smoothly, securely, and accessibly, allowing families, educators, and institutions across Japan and beyond to focus on what truly matters: learning, growing, and staying connected to their identity.
